He came to UK to further study architectural design at the Bartlett school of Architecture in UCL, London in 2003 and gained Master of Architectural Design in the following year. He then moved to work for BUJ Architects and Colman Architects in London as well as continued to practised in R H Partnership Architects in Cambridge.
Following his 20 years of experience in the architectural design studio both in Korea and the UK, he started his own studio named More A Studio in 2016, which was re-branded to BaroArch Design Lab in March 2020 in preparation to work with some architects in Korea.
