We were asked to see if one more room could be added to the existing 1 bed flat. The client wanted to see an opportunity to maximise a rental value of the flat.
The flat has its own entrance door at ground floor and there is a stair leading up to the first floor.
We did not only add a doulbe bedroom but also were able to create an open plan Kitchen/dinining and living area, whilst trying to retain as much existing structure as possible.
